NATURAL BEAUTY TIPS

We all want to have clear, flawless and healthy skin and the cost of  having a good makeup and beauty products can sometime be a pinch in our pockets!! So, here are some beauty tips and some DIYs which are totally natural with no side effects on your skin:

1)WATER

s-5077eee90c77ee6e7657f0010cd2a0a934e54826This is no secret and it has been told to us by everyone that drinking water is the way to fresh and glowing skin. It also helps to have a strong under eye skin and reduce puffy eyes. So just go and grab a glass of water.

2)ICECUBES

Rub an icecube all over your face, this helps to close the pores and reduce redness for a glowing skin

3)TURMERIC

You know its a golden hue and Ayurveda have long used turmeric to improve digestion, liver function and regulate menstural cycle. It also helps to have a glowing and acne free skin. And the good news is you can make this at home, so some of the DIY face masks are

  • For glowing skin:

Mix 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp mashed banana pulp and 1/2 tbsp honey. Apply the paste on your face and leave it for approximately 30 minutes.

  • For acne free skin:

Mix 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp yogurt and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. Apply the paste for approximately 30 minutes.

  • For dry skin (a bonus for you all):

Mix 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp heavy milk and 1 tbsp honey. Apply the paste and rinse off after 20 minutes.

4)HONEY

honey-e1466949121875Honey is one of the foods that have been used by people even before the earliest emergence of civilization. Honey’s anti-bacterial properties make it an excellent  cleanser for acne. Apply some raw honey to the affected area and rinse off after 15 minutes.

5)COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil can be used as makeup remover it is not costly like those fancy makeup removers also it moisturises your skin plus you give your skin extra hydration. 90% of the girls have stretch marks and it is nothing to be ashamed of but if you feel that you want to reduce those marks apply coconut oil it will help them to fade away quickly.

6)ROSE WATER

Rose water reduces under eye puffiness and works as the best skin toner. It also helps to increase blood circulation under the skin. Dip two clean cotton balls in pure rose water and place them on the eyes for 15 mins.

7)ALOE VERA

Aloe vera has been used for centuries for its healing properties it can also help you to have a bright and glowing skin. You can make your own face masks or even just apply the gel as it is. Some of the masks are:

  • For acne:

The reason I start with acne is my skin is also acne prone and this has worked magically for me hope it works for you too. Mix 2 tsp of aloe vera gel, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder and few drops of lemon and leave it to dry and rinse off. (you can use cinnamon instead of nutmeg powder)

  • For dark spots:

Mix 2 tsp of aloe vera gel, 1 tsp of carrot paste and 1 tsp of potato juice. Apply the paste and rinse off once it dries completely.

Papaya is a rich source of powerful antioxidants like vitamin C, vitamin A and Vitamin E. All of these contribute several benefits for skin.

  • For oily skin:

Mash the papaya, add some lemon juice and apply the mask to all over your face and leave it for 20 minutes.

  • For sensitive skin

Mash papaya, add some honey and aloe vera. Apply on face for 20 minutes and rinse off.
